Quadra Island Golf would love to host your wedding or other function in our stunning new clubhouse, overlooking the golf course. In addition to our challenging 9 hole course, we feature a brand new 18 hole mini golf course if you'd like to turn your special event into an Adventure. Event Space: How many guests can you seat? Are indoor and outdoor options available and can they accommodate the entire event in a single area if preferred?
We can seat 42 indoors. Our patio can seat 50 and overlooks the golf course and mini golf area. We also have a large pond close to the building, with event tents available for outdoor ceremonies or functions.
Tables and Chairs: Do you provide these or would additional rentals be necessary?
Yes, there is furniture provided for both inside and out on our patio with umbrellas. Furniture could be moved to accommodate ceremony, dining, dancing, etc.
Decorations: Could you share what basic decorations are included? Are there options for additional or upgraded decor?
Our building is brand new, constructed in 2024, with unique golf course views. The clubhouse interior is modern and very attractive with natural wood, milled from trees on the property. You are welcome to add your own decorations and we’d be happy to help.
Music System: Are speakers and microphones provided?
Yes. We will set this up. Have you decided on a live band, DJ or other option?
Dance Area: Is there a designated area for dancing?
There is no designated ‘dance floor’; we can set up a dance space inside after guests have eaten or you could set up on the patio.
Food and Snacks: Do you offer lunch, dinner or snack service, or have recommended vendors?
We are a fully equipped restaurant/bar with new equipment. Depending on your menu, our staff can provide a buffet style option or sit down service. You are also welcome to bring in a caterer.
Accessible Bathrooms? We have two handicapped accessible washrooms.
Local Accommodation: Can you recommend accommodations on Quadra?
Yes. We can suggest local accommodation with folks we trust. The hotels and resorts fill up quickly on Quadra, especially during the busy summer months. We also have parking for oversized vehicles - i.e. RVs or trailers.
Private Transportation: Do you provide or recommend services for arranging private transportation?
We have one shuttle van for guests and may be able to supply others, depending on where your guests are staying.
Pricing? Negotiable, depending on food, liquor, transport, etc. We can give you a better idea on price when we chat.
